With 25 years experience in the sports industry, I have dedicated my career to excellence.  Whether it is planning an event, delivering a match or guiding your organisation toward growth, my experience has given me unmatched insight into the world of sport. 
As one of the leading sports administrators within the global rugby family, across major competitions and international tournament operations delivery, I have been privileged to be involved in some of rugby’s biggest events around the globe.
The first women’s World Rugby Sevens Series tournament director when the series launched in 2012, I have also been involved in five women’s Rugby World Cups, leading a dedicated team to grow and deliver the women’s fifteen pinnacle event at the 2017 and 2021 (played in 2022) events. In addition, I have played a key role in the establishment of women’s elite competitions and worked in a myriad of roles across six men’s Rugby World Cups and key rugby events.

Sport Delivery
Having Match Commissioned scores of matches from Rugby World Cup’s to age grade events, my experience has taught me to expect the unexpected! I have been lucky enough to travel the world in my role as World Rugby Match Commissioner and have worked with teams from every continent. I can work with your sport to develop a programme of sport management roles and responsibilities to ensure your athletes can perform at their best.
